To date, Resolute has welcomed two additional psychiatric medication management providers, a licensed professional counselor, and both clinical and adminstrative support staff.

Spravato® (esketamine) nasal spray is an FDA-approved treatment for treatment-resistant depression (TRD) and major depressive disorder with acute suicidal ideation, used in combination with an oral antidepressant.
- It works differently than traditional antidepressants by targeting glutamate and NMDA receptors, often producing rapid symptom improvement.
- Treatment is administered in-clinic under medical supervision due to safety monitoring requirements.
- Candidates typically include adults who have not responded adequately to two or more antidepressants.
- It may be appropriate for patients experiencing severe, persistent, or urgent depressive symptoms.
- Patients must be able to remain in the clinic for post-dose observation and arrange transportation home.
- Not suitable for individuals with certain uncontrolled medical conditions or substance misuse risks, as determined by a clinician.
